The accomodation is set on two floors with an ensuite master bedroom, a double with bathroom and two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom located on the first floor. Steps lead down to a bright and spacious living and dining area with sliding doors opening to the terrace and view, furnished and decorated with Asian furniture and artifacts. Adjacent to the dining room is the open plan fully equipped kitchen with family dining table and chairs as well as a large back pantry, and a very comfortable TV den and Library with Blueray DVD player and Wii. The independant studio is located on the first floor level and is composed of a double bedroom with en suite shower room. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, the villa is equipped with an alarm and satellite TV with Canal+ channels.

Step out onto the elevated large terrace shaded with awnings where one can enjoy the panoramic view, drinks al fresco by the seating corner, relax on sun loungers, or dine under the pergola. Steps lead down to the 12x5 fenced pool that can be heated.
Villa Rose des Vents is accessed via electric gates onto the drive with space for 3 cars. There is a badminton net, football pitch, table tennis and a boules court for the entertainment of the whole family!
