On arrival was most impressed with the abundance of indoor and outdoor spaces. Fabulous views in a very private and secure property. Very easy to find and close to Cabris and the local cafe Union. Very relaxing and amazing weather we were able to use the heated pool everyday. House manager fab and very helpful. Will return to book.

We spent a few days at this glorious villa in Spéracèdes over the recent half-term. The villa is located close to Grasse, with Cannes and Nice both readily accessible. The property has been beautifully appointed and feels very spacious, with an amazing kitchen having recently been installed that was very well equipped. The stand out part of our stay here was undoubtedly the most stunning panoramic views from many parts of the property and grounds, with those from the new outside dining and lounge area in the Cabana being the most breathtaking! Thanks for a fantastic stay and would certainly recommend to those looking for a relaxing break in glamorous surroundings. We're already thinking about returning next summer for our family holiday! 

How do I even begin to express how much we loved this house? It has loads of space inside and out with incredible terraces with the most stunning views. I cannot recommend it highly enough. Perfectly located away from the hustle and bustle but easy to get to beautiful beaches, restaurants and the airport. The house is perfect for big family parties or for a group of friends. High end & real luxury, fitted with more than just the basics! Loved the huge pool (again with amazing views) with lots of sunbeds and pool side sofas. To add to the gorgeousness, there is the joy of super comfy beds at the end of the day or for an afternoon siesta!!! Can't wait to go back next year!!

This was simply the most perfect place to stay and we wish we had booked for longer. On arrival we were blown away by the stunning panoramic views across the whole Bay of Cannes (we enjoyed this even more later in the evening sitting out on the amazing terrace with a chilled glass of wine). The exterior of the house itself is typical of the area with a real Southern French charm but the interior is modern and fresh with large bedrooms (all with really comfy beds and clean white laundered sheets). Brand new stylish bathrooms and a huge fully equipped kitchen made the stay feel like a hotel experience combined with the convenience of home from home facilities. Holidaying with friends was much more relaxing due to the multiple reception rooms for lounging, TV watching (there were two separate TV rooms!) and playing games (there's also a table tennis table and boule). Every room was stylishly furnished but with the emphasis on comfort. By far the most impressive part of the villa is the outside cabana which has a dining table for 14 and a spacious lounge area, all overlooking the large pool terrace. The villa is really well located for the local supermarket and shops, and only a walk from the restaurants and cafes of Cabris. We spent an afternoon at the local freshwater lake (a 15mins drive) and Cannes and the coast is also a short drive from the villa. Would recommend to all!
