On the ground floor, you will also find a comfortable TV den and a modern sitting room with a fireplace, floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors leading onto the terrace offering stunning views of the roof tops and church tower of Le Rouret towards the sea.

The master bedroom is equipped with an ensuite bathroom, walk-in dressing area, and access to a private balcony. Two other double bedrooms have French doors opening onto a balcony and one double bedroom has garden access. All bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and all except one are located on the first floor.

The gardens and pool terrace have plenty of shady areas to enjoy the lazy afternoons of the South of France whilst for the more energetic there is a lovely heated swimming pool, private tennis court and boules court. The house is surrounded by 2 acres of ancient olive grove. The pretty village of Le Rouret is only a short walk away and offers one of the region's best restaurants, shops and a boulanger.
