The 6th bedroom and shower room has its own access from the car port to the 1st floor level and its own private balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
All bedrooms and the kitchen and study have individual air-conditioning.
The lavish landscaped garden is terraced, housing a large free form heated pool, gazebo with a daybed to relax away from the heat. On the upper level, there is a large terrace, with mulberry trees, lounge area with a summer kitchen and a water feature filled with waterlilies and fish. A stone archway leads through to the much-used petanque court.
The house has satellite TV with UK channels, Wifi, DVD, stereo/CD player, bathrobes in each bathroom, books, games, boules, and table tennis.
