This spacious villa has been completely renovated and newly refurbished to a high standard both inside and out. The ground floor offers a spacious living and dining room that flows into the fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast corner. From the kitchen large doors open up to a balcony/terrace that overlooks the pool and the garden. 

This floor also has 3 double bedrooms, 2 with double beds and one that has 2 singles. These 3 rooms share a family shower room. 

The top floor of the villa welcomes the Master bedroom with its walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom. It also has a balcony that overlooks garden and pool. 

On the garden level guests will enjoy a gorgeous TV lounge that opens up to the garden and pool area. 

The fifth bedroom is an independant guest cottage with kitchenette, living area and bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Ideal for a couple or teenagers. 

The house is fully air-conditioned and equipped to a high standard throughout. 

The pool has a beautiful emerald green free-form shape, is saline and has an infnity water feature. The pool area is completed with a wonderful outdoor summer kitchen / pool house. 

Guests will have access to a Tesla car charger.
