The villa is laid out over 2 floors, with the main living areas on the ground floor together with 1 ensuite bedroom and the kitchen and the other 3 bedrooms can be found on the garden level. 

There is a large living room leading onto the kitchen that itself opens up to the outdoor covered dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped.  

There is one double bedroom on the ground floor which has its own ensuite shower room. 

The master bedroom and 2 additional double bedrooms are located on the garden level and each room gives direct access to the garden. They all have their own ensuite bath/shower rooms.
