The main living areas such as the kitchen, living and dining room are located on the middle floor and open up to a large terrace overlooking the garden pool and offers views to the sea.

The villa has been recently renovated and decorated in a Scandinavian style offering a well equipped modern kitchen with induction hob and American fridge, large living room and dining room that opens up onto a beautiful terrace where guests can enjoy the wonderful views towards the Mediterranean.

Guests can relax and enjoy the beautiful views from here. A second bedroom can be found on this floor and is ideal for children or teenagers as it offers a bunk bed. It has its own bathroom with bathtub, double vanity and toilet. 

On the garden level a further 2 bedrooms can be found. They both share a family bathroom. Both have large double beds and open up to the garden / pool area. 

Three of the 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned. 

The lovely landscaped garden has a large swimming pool (that can be heated), surrounded by sun beds and flat lawned gardens. A lovely shaded area with lounge chairs overlooking the pool provides another area for quiet relaxation. Total privacy and secure off street parking is provided accommodating several cars, guests should expect some road noise.

Mougins is a short drive away and Cannes and the coast are roughly 10/15min drive from the property.
