There are 5 bedrooms in total - four in the main house plus a separate pool-side apartment with its own kitchen. The upstairs bedrooms open onto a private balcony overlooking the hills of Opio with a glimpse of the sea in the background. Downstairs, the living room and kitchen lead out to a wide sunny terrace with outdoor dining table for 10, barbecue and a lounge seating area.

The villa is set within a lush Mediterranean garden planted with palms, olive trees and flowering shrubs and plenty of open lawned areas for children to run around. The pool is separated from the main house, providing both privacy and security, and is set within a large, sheltered pool terrace. Beside the pool is a covered outdoor dining room with 10 seater dining table. The pool area is sheltered and completely private. The garden in enclosed and accessed by remote wrought iron gates. There is on-site parking for 4 cars.
