The golf course of Valbonne is only two minutes away and tennis is also available at the Domaine du Golf facility which is less than 5 minutes walk down the hill.
The house is very close to the popular market town of Valbonne and only 20 minutes from the beaches, bars and restaurants of Cannes and Antibes.
