The bedrooms are spread over three floors so perfect for two or three generations. The villa has air-conditioning in all bedrooms, wifi and satellite TV as well as a well-equipped gym and home cinema with extensive film library.
The property is set within a sweeping 5000m2 garden, consisting of a barbecue area and shaded outdoor dining terrace overlooking a sheltered pool terrace with a 16x4m pool (can be heated) with steps into the shallow end and a seat around the edge. Surrounding the pool is a large comfy seating area with deck chairs and a gazebo to give shelter. Next to the pool area is the tennis court - a full size, tarmac surface, family court. The rest of the garden extends as open grassy areas, orchard and woodland to the boundary of the property.
At the front of the house is a sheltered sun terrace with table and chairs, ideal for morning coffee or afternoon tea. To the other side is the main outdoor barbecue terrace with family gas barbecue and table and chairs for 12 people. The property is accessed via electronic gates with secure on-site parking for up to 4 cars.
Housekeeper 3 days a week - 4hrs a day.

Rental & Booking Information
The Bastide de la Veyriere is available for holiday rental from June-September and throughout the year upon request. It is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the high season and with flexible dates at other periods.
Rates include linen, towels, pool towels, gas, electricity and housekeeper 3 days a week - 4 hours a day - and weekly change of linen.
Pool Heating €210 per week, on request and available between April and October.

We were a family of three generations and every one of us has only positive things to say about the villa. Enough space, good location, nice pool & tennis court and very well equipped kitchen etc. In general, we felt like being guests in somebody's home, rather than visitors in a rental place...We don't have any plans for next year or for the future. But if we do, we are definitely contacting you!! Such a great and friendly service!! And if we ever need a Villa for a group of this size, we would love to come to this place again!

The villa is beautiful and located in the calm, far from the crowds. Tennis court is a great plus. And the villa is very well equipped.
A few years ago I rented a large villa for 12 persons, but there was not enough space for everyone to have dinner, not enough bathrooms, etc. Here the villa is really suitable for a large group of people to sleep, eat and live very comfortably!
Location is great! Close to Valbonne, Mougins and Grasse - perfect!

What we really liked about the villa were the amount of space, tennis court, kitchen, gym, security and location.
Excellent location with fantastic views and a very private setting. Good layout with the kitchen close to the outside eating areas. Good balance of sunny and shaded areas with good umbrellas.
We have had a wonderful time here! The kids have been swimming every day and we have all tried the tennis courts.
I have to say how much we enjoyed our 2 weeks at Bastide de la Veyriere. A really lovely place for a holiday. Marion was a star. The very small issues were quickly resolved and the staff went about their work quietly and efficiently. Many thanks to Cote d'Azur Villas.
