We recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing family villa in Southern France, and it was absolutely fantastic. The villa is fully equipped with everything you could need (a true home away from home), and the beautiful pool and outdoor kitchen were perfect for those long summer evenings. The terrace, which connects to the dining room, offered stunning sunsets that were just breathtaking.

Perched above the charming valley of Mougins, the location couldn't be better. There's a convenient train to Cannes at the bottom of the hill, and it's just a short drive to Cannes, Antibes, and Nice, with the airport only 25 minutes away. Looking to the left you'll see the Mediterranean Sea, tempting you to its lovely beaches.

For those who enjoy cooking, there are well-stocked shops nearby. If you prefer dining out, there are plenty of excellent restaurants in the area (all listed in the provided guide). This villa is perfect for a family gathering or a relaxing getaway with close friends. Highly recommended!

We stayed 10 days in this lovely classic villa with three generations of family members. The fact that each room has its own beautiful bathroom is a big plus. The house has been tastefully renovated. All the original doors, for example, have been retained, but have been cleared and varnished. Furniture, sanitary facilities, kitchen fittings are on top 2024. Lovely beds too, really luxurious. There is enough space in terms of seating both inside and outside so that everyone could find their own lounge spot if they felt like it. The garden is a picture, wonderful to stroll through it in the morning to see which flowers have come out again. The pool is large enough to swim laps.  The refrigerator at the outdoor kitchen is super handy for a nice drink at the outdoor bar.
A number of our children came to "fly in" for a week as it is called nowadays. The village has a train station and there is a direct connection to Nice airport and Cannes. Very handy. Large good supermarket nearby and the Côte d'Azur at acceptable distance. Cleaning, garden and pool maintenance are well taken care of. Behind the house is enough parking space for several cars. Every now and then some work had to be done and that went fine thanks to the powerful wifi. The village is picturesque with many small restaurants and bars, so you don't always have to go to the sea.

We (mother and daughter) were allowed to enjoy this great house in the hills of Mouans in June. Despite the fact that it is a very large house for the two of us, it still felt homely. It is tastefully decorated and the hobby chef can fully enjoy himself in the well-equipped kitchen. Both on the covered balcony and around the pool it is wonderful in any weather. In addition, there is a boules court and a large swimming pool for swimming laps. Supermarkets and terraces are easy to reach by car as well as on foot. From the station in the village it is possible to reach the entire coastline to Italy.

If you love France, you can't find a more beautiful place than in "Domaîne de la Source"!

Easily accessible, in a beautiful location! Spacious parking space and entrance. A terrace, on which you can enjoy every hour of the day. A view... inconceivable, and the sunsets are wonderfully beautiful!

All this in a house where all luxury and comfort is available. Beautiful bedrooms with bathrooms. Sitting and dining room very spacious and cozy.

 Finally, a swimming pool, with a large terrace and beautiful eat-in kitchen!

 In short, lucky if you can spend your holidays here!!
