Located in a peaceful well-kept residential area just on the outskirts of the village of Valbonne. The property has three air-conditioned bedrooms (king-size double and two twin rooms) and two bathrooms plus a new designer kitchen and comfy, light and spacious living room with double height dining area and access to a mezzanine office space.
The villa is set within 4,000m2 of south-facing gardens planted with pines, Mediterranean shrubs and flowers with a lawned area near the house. From the living room, French windows open onto a large terrace with coal BBQ and outdoor table and chairs for 8 people. The terrace overlooks the garden and heated swimming pool (10mx5m) surrounded by plenty of sun loungers and parasols. In the distance is the forested national park with the hills of the Cote d'Azur rising in the background. There is also a ping pong table. At the bottom of the garden is a gate which, after a 5 minute walk, leads you to a supermarket and boulangerie. It also opens onto the national park, great for jogging and long walks. It is a 10 minute drive into the village of Valbonne.

Ground Floor
Kitchen - Very light, modern fully-equipped galley kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric hob and oven, microwave and nespresso machine. Large alcove opening onto the dining and living room. Door to outdoor terraces and garden.
Living / Dining Room - Light and comfortable double-height room with mezzanine office. Comfortable seating, TV, fireplace and triple set of French doors opening onto the outside terrace, garden and outdoor dining area for 8 people. Indoors, there is also a dining table and chairs for 6 people.
Office - There is an office on mezzanine floor above the living room. The sofa-bed on this floor can also be used as an extra bed, suitable for children, on request.

Rental & Booking Information
La Clairiere is available for holiday rental from June-September and throughout the year upon request. It is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the high season and with flexible dates at other periods.
Rates include linen, towels, pool towels, gas, electricity and weekly change of linen.
Pool Heating €200 per week and available between April and October

Very well situated, near all amenities. Beautiful private area, very quiet, beautiful garden! Typical french style, easy to live in and very nice pool.
A well designed Villa with comfortable beds with good quality sheets and towels and a nice swimming pool.
The wifi is good for "work from home" during holiday and thre is a nice selection of tv channels.
The location is great to visit places of interest.
Finally, we appreciated the nice touch of leaving a basket of basic food on arrival.

What we liked most about La Clairiere was the fact that it was very quiet and disclosed. It was perfect for our family with two toddlers. Close to the supermarket. We loved the outdoor area and there is a nice modern kitchen and bathrooms.
This was another great holiday & lots of fun playing with the kids.
