Villa Denise is located in a very quiet country lane and yet only minutes from the lively traditional Provencal village of Valbonne with its restaurants and renowned Friday market.
The house has been lovingly decorated and fitted by its owners using quality materials and furnishings.
On the ground floor there is a wonderful living/dining area that leads onto a covered terrace overlooking the pool area and the views towards the mountains. The Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen are also on this floor.
Stairs lead down to the garden level where a further 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms can be found. One bedroom has a set of bunkbeds and is therefor more suitable for children. Three of the 4 bedrooms are air-conditioned.
The exteriors offer plenty of space for relaxing and sunbathing, and there are cosy covered areas for dining or simply relaxing by the large private pool. The house is not overlooked and located in a quiet residential neighborhood.
Valbonne village is less than a kilometer from the property.

Rental & Booking Information
Villa Denise is available for holiday rental from June-September and throughout the year upon request. It is rented from Saturday to Saturday during the high season (although for summer 2023 flexible arrival days can be discussed) and with flexible dates at other periods.
Rates include linen, towels, pool towels, utilities and weekly change of linen.
