This wonderful family villa has undergone a meticulous renovation with an eye for detail, quality and comfort. Perched in a commanding position, it boasts beautiful views of the surrounding countryside all the way to the historic Castellaras castle.

The 2300 sqm garden has a beautiful heated saltwater pool, and flat lawned gardens surrounding it. Ideal for children to play and completed with flourishing fruit trees and various mediterranean plants, offering a serene setting for total relaxation.

On the ground floor guests will find a spacious entrance hall with guest toilet, leading to open plan living / dining space. The living room is equipped with a large TV screen. There is a modern and fully equipped kitchen with large gaz hob, perfect for preparing delicious meals. 

The Master bedroom with its ensuite shower room are also on the ground floor, together with a further 3 double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathrooms, which all provides for ample comfort and privacy for guests.

There is a well appointed mezzanine that offers a versatile space that can serve as TV lounge, a playful games room or office space. There is a gorgeous library space overlooking the rolling hills.

There is ample parking space available at the villa. Guests will also enjoy a table tennis table, table football and a boules court. The house is equipped with an alarm and has fiber optic internet.
