The villa is in a very peaceful area with expansive views over the Cote d'Azur and out to sea.   The front door opens into the entrance hallway.  There is an archway opening into the fabulously furnished large living area with stone fireplace and large patio doors leading out to the swimming pool, garden and panoramic views.  Off the living room is a very social space, a dining area with quality rustic table for 8 people and french doors opening onto the covered terrace and swimming pool.  To the left and open but separated from the dining area is a large  kitchen with Miele fridge/freezer, dishwasher and coffee-maker.  There is also a large SMEG electric oven and 5 pan hob.  Off the kitchen is a pantry and the utility room with washing machine, dryer, a second fridge/freezer and large wine cooler.   There is also a cloackroom to the right of the entrance hallway.

Off the main hallway and down a couple of steps are two very comfortable double bedrooms.  The first bedroom interconnects with the second bedroom and would be perfect for parents with children, or guests with mobility issues.  One bedroom has a king-sized bed with fitted cupboards, TV, aircon and a beautifully renovated ensuite shower room.  The further bedroom has two single beds, TV, aircon and an ensuite shower room.  There is a door closing off both bedrooms from each other.  Both bedrooms can also be accessed through their own patio doors leading out to a patio area and then onto the garden and swimming pool.

Up the lovely terracota floored staircase are three double bedrooms. The character-filled master bedroom with high ceiling and beams has a king-sized bed, fitted cupboards, aircon and large bathroom with bath, walk-in rain shower and double basins.  Floor to ceiling doors open out onto its own private terrace and stunning views over the Cote d'Azur and out to sea.  The large second bedroom with queen-sized bed has fitted cupboards, aircon and ensuite with walk-in rain shower.  It also has large doors opening onto its own private balcony.  The third bedroom has two single beds, a cupboard and aircon.  Along the upstairs hallway are plenty of further cupboards for storage.  Across from the third bedroom is the family bathroom with bath, walk-in rain shower and single basin.  

From the main living areas large doors open onto the garden and covered terrace with seating, outdoor dining table and a gas barbecue for al fresco dining.  To one side of the covered terrace is the free-form swimming pool, approximately 9 x 4 metres, which can be heated upon request.
