Villa Sky is a stunning, contemporary holiday home with panoramic views to the sea. The villa can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 ensuite bedrooms. The property is air-conditioned and the ideal villa for a memorable holiday in the South of France.

 

Villa Sky is a stylish, modern villa set in almost an acre of Mediterranean gardens near the hilltop village of Vence.  The views from the villa are sensational especially in the mornings and evenings when the expanse of sky turns various shades of pink to the continous chorus of the cicadas sitting in the lemon trees.  

A 10 minute drive from the village of Vence, along a well-maintained road are the electric gates of Villa Sky.  As the gates open you have glimpses of the villa as you drive into the beautifully maintained mediterranean garden with plenty of space to park 4 cars.  The villa sits a few steps below the parking area, planted with rosemary either side of the steps leading you to the front entrace.  

You are immediately drawn into the open-plan living room with glassed walls on 3 sides and large sliding doors.  Inside there are 2 seating areas, one the TV area, and an indoor dining table for 10 people. Sliding doors lead to an al fresco dining terrace protected from the midday sun by an awning.  The terrace wraps around the whole floor with several tables allowing moments to enjoy a cafe and take in the gorgeous views.

The kitchen is accesible from the main entrance. It is a lovely, light and fully-equipped kitchen warmed with beautiful wood units, a Neff kitchen oven, hob and microwave, an integrated fridge/freezer and 2 integrated Siemens dishwashers.  There is plenty of crockery, glasses and seating for 10 people at the kitchen table with doors opening onto an al fresco breakfast terrace.

Off the main entrance there is a cloakroom and a quiet, glassed-walled office, perfect for remote working or teenagers revising during the holidays.  

Downstairs on the lower garden terrace are the 5 light, hotel standard ensuite bedrooms.  All with airconditioning, fitted cupboards, integrated desks and doors out to the garden terrace with views over the Cote d'Azur out to sea.  Out on the garden terrace and down a few steps leads to the swimming pool terrace.

This is the area that you will probably spend most of your holiday.   There is a large infinity swimming pool, plenty of room for 10 sun loungers and a super fully-equipped pool house with oven, dishwasher and al fresco dining table for 10 people.  Plus, a changing room with loo and hot/cold shower.  Here you can relax with a book, enjoy a cocktail in the pool house or play Marco Polo in the swimming pool with the children!

And there is an additional lower flat garden terrace, perfect for playing football!
