The entrance opens onto a spacious and light hallway leading into the living room with plenty of comfortable seating for 8 guests.  Large patio doors lead out to the terrace and panoramic views.   

The living room leads into a super, light dining area with views of the village and Cote d'Azur opening onto terraces on two sides.  The dining area is open-plan to the modern fully-equipped kitchen and leads out onto a large covered terrace with table and chairs for 8 guests and a fabulous integrated gas BBQ.   Off the kitchen, there is a utility room with wine cooler and 2nd fridge.

A special area of the villa is the gardens and swimming pool.  The tropical planting surrounding the salt water, heated, infinity swimming pool makes it a super area to relax and a great pool for children to swim and play.   The palms around the swimming pool provide privacy but do not impact on the spectacular views of the village and distant sea views.  The outdoor shower next to the pool ensures noone has to go into the villa to shower off the salt water in order to enjoy al-fresco breakfasts, lunches and dinners, only a few steps up from the swimming pool!  This is the perfect area to spend the summer.

Off the entrance hallway is a large bedroom with a king-sized bed (180), aircon and ensuite rain shower room.  The second bedroom on the ground floor has a queen-sized bed (160), aircon, panoramic views and ensuite rain shower room.

On the first floor, there are two further bedrooms.  The master bedroom with a king-sized bed (180) and aircon has it's own private terrace with village and distant sea views.  It has a full ensuite bathroom with bath and rain shower plus a walk-in wardrobe.  The fourth bedroom has a king-sized bed (180) which can be converted into 2 singles, air con, fitted wardrobes with a safe and an ensuite rain shower.

The villa is set in a large plot of private grounds, has a boules court, large pool and decent space with flat lawned garden for children to play. The surroundings at this villa are very peaceful and one will simply enjoy the beautiful peace and quiet and the views.

There is on site parking space for 2 to 3 cars inside the secure gated parking area and 3 further spaces allocated to the villa on the street.  The village of Vence with its restaurants, bars and market is a 15-minute walk away.

This villa is set-up for both summer holidays and winter-sun holidays with its lovely large working fireplace, perfect for taking the evening chill away after the heat of midday!
