Set in a landscaped and closed land of 2 500m2, the property benefits from a relaxing setting whith outdoor salons, dining table and gas BBQ, sun loungers and umbrellas by the 8x4m heated pool which is secured by an electric cover.

The delightful villages of Goult, Roussillon and Joucas are all within easy reach as is the picturesque town of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, which offers a network of canals, pretty walkways and waterside cafés. It is the antiques capital of the region and hosts a market taking place every Sunday.  Just one hour drive from the property, the cities of Arles and Avignon, known as daughters of the Rhône, offer monuments listed UNESCO World Heritage sites.
