Garden Suite 5 - Double bedroom apartment in the Garden wing, ideal for teenagers who want a bit of independence. Double bed in a private room on the ground floor with exclusive access to a small ensuite shower room, heated towel rail and toilet. Small kitchen and lounge area with a table and chairs along with a large shower room with double sink, heated towel rail and toilet. Outside terrace area with a table and chairs that looks out over the back garden and frog pond. There is a double bed on the mezzanine floor which is less private and unsuitable for an older person or young children.

Ground Floor

Kitchen - Well-equipped kitchen with gas cooktop/electric oven, microwave, American fridge/freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, two washing machines, clothes dryer.

Living Room - Living room with fireplace.

Dining Room - Spacious living/dining room with TV.

Games Room - Table Tennis and TV.

Garden Suite 6 - Double bedroom apartment with large double bed in a private room on the ground floor. Small kitchen and lounge area with a table and chairs. Large shower room with double sink, heated towel rail and toilet. Charming corner terrace area with a table and chairs that looks out over the back garden. Mezzanine level with small double bed. Less private and not suitable for an older person or small children due to step access.

1st Floor

Suite 1 - Large double bedroom in the main farmhouse, accessed via a stone staircase from the fireplace room and is probably the most private of the 4 suites in the main house. It has a lovely bathroom with period bath, shower, heated towel rail and double sink unit. There is also a separate kitchen / diner / front room area and a lovely little private outdoor area with a table and chairs.

Suite 2 - Double bedroom in main house ideal for a family. Large double bed plus a single bed in an alcove for a child or teenager and a sofa bed which could sleep one adult comfortably or 2 children. Bathroom with double sink, shower, heated towel rail and toilet facilities. It also has a lovely outdoor terrace with a table and chairs.

Suite 3 - Double or twin bedroom located in the main house opposite Suite 2. Ensuite shower room, sink, heated towel rail and toilet as well as a small lounge area which leads out onto another terrace with a table and chairs to enjoy the morning shade in the heat of summer.

Suite 4 - Double bedroom suite in the main house with large double bed, a single bed in an alcove for a child plus a sofa bed in the living area which could sleep one adult comfortably or 2 children. Ensuite shower room, sink, heated towel rail and toilet and a terrace area too with a table and chairs which look out onto the garden and BBQ area.
