Located in the plains at the foot of the Vaucluse Mountains, Pernes-les-Fontaines is a lively Provencal village with a traditional character. The Provencal market takes place every Saturday, and the 'brocante' flea market is on Wednesdays. Pernes-les-Fontaines is ideally located between the towns of Carpentras and L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, and Avignon is only 25 km away.
