Villa Les Vergerets offers expansive gardens and swimming pool overlooking vineyards and countryside. It confortably sleeps 10 people in 5 air-conditioned, ensuite bedrooms.

Villa Les Vergerets a traditional property renovated with authentic features while keeping some Provencal charms. Outside there is a large pool  which is boardered by landscaped gardens , with olive trees , mediterranean plants and a soft grassy lawn.  The  pool terrace is leading to the pool house and outdoor kitchen equipped with a traditional BBQ, dishwasher, bar area and dining table in a shaded spot ideal for a peaceful  lunch or dinner overlooking on its own vineyard, all inviting a flowing in out lifestyle.

The villa is composed of 5 ensuite air conditionned bedrooms,  a large living room overlooking the garden and the vineyards, fully equiped kitchen and dining room. There is a small TV den , wifi, sound system, Smart TV and a large fire place that frames the living room.

All the bedrooms, living areas open onto the gardens.  There are secure electric gates and an alarm system.

Between the kitchen and the living area, there is a spacious utility room with a cold storage, washing machines, ironing board and iron. It is also very useful for storing suitcases and other equipment if needed.

Very nice freeform pool, offering several relaxation area, on the sunbeds, in the shade of the olive trees , the pool house. A shower room with basin and toilet is also available next to the pool house.
