- the house by the sea with a terrace over the sea, a patio with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and cascading water. It has 4 bedroom with ensuite bathrooms, a living room with direct access to the pool and to the seafront, small kitchen and breakfast area

- the house at the end of the property with a large garage for 2 cars, has a living/dining room area, 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a terrace with a jacuzzi.

- the maison de maitre has a large high ceiling traditional french living room with a big fireplace and access to the seafront terrace, a dining room for 12, a provencal kitchen, 5 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; in the basement, a bar with a fireplace, a night lounge which can be turned into a nightclub and a wine cellar. There is a separate appartment with a small living room, kitchen,double room with ensuite bathroom

- a small one bedroom "mazet" with ensuite bathroom in a traditional stone building.
In front of the maison de maitre, there is a large lawn area where up to 150 guests can be entertained. Helicopters can land in that zone.

There is a free-form pool on a lower level, next to the sea, with a large terrace to relax in the sun, a large round outdoor shower, and steps to access the sea, rocks and a small terrace among the rocks.

The property comes with a private port with mooring, a boathouse as well as a private sandy beach. This great place is perfect for a seaside holiday for large families, groups of friends and can also host parties, weddings and celebrations.
