A beautiful, contemporary villa located in the hills between the picturesque village of Gassin and the larger center of La Croix Valmer. The lovely beaches of Gigaro are within a 5 to 10 minutes drive and it's just 15 minutes into the centre of St Tropez. The villa enjoys a particularly quiet and private position at the end of a small lane with stunning views over the surrounding countryside.
The villa consists of an entrance hall, large living room and dining room, a well equipped American kitchen opening onto the large covered terrace with dining table.
On the ground floor you will find one double bed room with bath room. On the first floor is the master bed room with ensuite bath room and large private terrace and 2 other double bed rooms with a shared bath room and terrace. All the 4 bed rooms have AC.
Outside you will find a guest cottage with double bed, shower and toilet. In front of the cottage you have a nice private terrace.
In the garden you will find the large heated swimming pool (11x5m), a Jacuzzi surrounded by sun beds and lounge chairs. There are also 2 large 'Pétanque' grounds and a total of 330m² of terraces. Next to the large covered terrace you will find the summer kitchen very well equipped with bar, grill and an extra fridge.
