Villa Medea is the perfect family villa, briming with charm from the open plan living space that leads to the covered terrace to a shaded dining area overlooking the garden and pool. It is conveniently located just 5 minutes drive from the beach and 15mn walk to La Croix Valmer's restaurants and local shops.

Villa Medea is in a private domain, set in a secure landscaped garden boardered by mediterranean plants, citrus trees, palm trees and pine trees providing shade, colour and a delightful ambience.

The entrance to the house opens onto a spacious living /dining room, flooded by natural light. The space is decorated in calming neutral colours that blend with the vibe of its surroundings. The large comfy sofa allow to relax and enjoy the view of the garden from the lounge. The dining area offers ample seating for 10 guests.

The open plan kitchen fully connects with the dining and lounge spaces, enabling guests to enjoy the flowing indoor/outdoor onto the covered terrace . The pristine  kitchen is  fully equipped with induction hot plates, oven, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. 

There is a large covered terrace next to the kitchen and dining area, housing a sizeable table for alfresco dining, or to enjoy an evening drink among friends on the terrace.

There are 2 bedrooms on the ground floor, both with AC : the master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and dressing, and another double bedroom with twin beds, separate bathroom with bathtub and vanity, and separate WC.

The garden level has another 3 bedrooms with AC: 2 double (with 160cm bed) sharing a bathroom in the corridor with large shower, vanity and WC.

The 5th bedroom has a 160cm bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower, vanity and toilet.

The outdoor area offers a secluded pool area with a perfect flat lawn, 10x4 pool with security cover, lounge chairs on the surrounding decking and a great poolhouse with summer kichen equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and sink, dining area in the shade or on the decking.  The outdoor gym area has some weights and fitness equipment available and there is a putting green for keen golfers to practice.

Within the gardens there is a  petanque court so guests can truly enjoy the South of France lifestyle.

There is a large garage for 2 cars and 2 additional cars can park in the driveway

The front terrace is not fenced, therefore we do not recommend this property for families with children under 5 years old

The villa will be a great haven for families and friends who want to enjoy a peaceful rest while being only 5mn drive to the beach clubs on plage du Débarquement or 10mn by car to Gigaro beach and 15mn by car if guests want to sample the Saint Tropez and Pampelonne glitzy life.
