There is a glass corridor above the pool leading to 2 double rooms
with ensuite shower rooms. WC on the landing.
From the corridor, you can access the pool terrace with a dining
area and a summer kitchen located away from the sun with fridge,
dishwasher, ice cube machine, plancha.
The almost square infinity pool is the main focus of the garden
with plenty of sun terraces to relax on lounge chairs and a small
bridge over to the flat lawn and rest of the terraces.
There is also an independent studio on the garden level with a
double bed and an ensuite shower room.
The first floor houses 3 other bedrooms: on the left, a double
with ensuite shower room, garden and pool view, straight on the
master bedroom with a small lounge area, separated bed zone with
180 king size bed, ensuite bathroom with bathtub and shower, double
vanity, and a great view of the garden and pool.
The last bedroom is also a master bedroom with a full bathroom,
180 king size bed and a sun terrace with lounges and a small table
and chairs.
In the basement, you will find a large utilities room with
washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing station and access to the
garage where guests can have 4 cars with a direct entrance to the
house.
The villa is fully air conditioned and has an alarm system with
outdoor motion sensors and cameras.
The property is rented with 15 hours of weekly housekeeping,
early morning outdoor cleaning and swimming pool maintenance.
