seaview from as many rooms as possible and each room is elegantly
yet sparsely furnished as to not take anything away from the natural
beauty of the surroundings.

in an open area with a indoor dining area and the large living
room. These rooms open widely onto the front terrace and pool area
with an outdoor dining table, a comfortable summer lounge and deck
chairs around the pool.
There are 7 bedrooms for guests: 5 in the house, all on the garden
level, with ensuite bathroom and direct access to the garden and
with all encompassing seaviews; the other 2 bedrooms are located in
the guest house (one on the garden level and one on the lower
level) and also have ensuite bathrooms.
There are, on the lower level, an additional 3 staff rooms used by
the property personnel and a professional kitchen for the house
chef provided with the property.
The outdoor area provides ample space for guests and children and
there is an alfresco kitchen with a full bar and a lounge area, a
unique outdoor cinema with a large screen, comfortable sofas and
the sea air, several terraces in nooks and corners to enjoy a nap
in a quiet spot, several water features and ponds, helipad, a
multi-sport court for kids, a ping pong table, flat lawn and plenty
of space for children to make the most of their stay while the
adults can relax and enjoy a glass of Saint Tropez rosé.
The property is rented with full staff including housekeeping
7h/day (6 days/week), house chef and 2 waiters/butlers who can be
used as drivers in the Saint Tropez area during the daytime, when
available.
