This beautiful California-Style villa is built on the seafront with panoramic seaview, a lovely 1500 m² landscaped garden and a freeform swimming pool to enjoy a dip day or night.

It boast of large lounge/dining room overlooking the terrace, with a large TV and a grand piano.
The kitchen is fully equipped with GAGGENAU and LIEBHERR appliances. fridge/freezer, dishwasher, conventional and microwave oven, hotplates.
There is a large laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and a second refrigerator/freezer.

The house can accommodate up to 10 people with its 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms: on the garden level, there are 3 bedrooms( 1 double and 1 family suite with double room,bunk bed room ). Each room has its own shower room.
Upstairs are 2 rooms which can be set up as double or twin rooms sharing a shower room and WC. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs

The house is fully air-conditioned, with a SONOS sound system in each bedroom, kitchen, lounge, dining room, has an alarm system, secure doors and french windows and an electric gate with an intercom

Guests will be able to relax on the terrace for a glass of rosé or enjoy an alfresco dinner with the mediterranean as a backdrop. The swimming pool is located on the lower level with plenty of sunlounges, a cabana to rest among the lush greenery, palms and cacti.
