A spacious family house located down a private, no-through lane in the centre of St Tropez, within a 10 minute walk to Place des Lices and 5minutes by car to Tahiti Beach. The villa has been beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated and has a seaview, a secluded lawned garden with a pool.

A wonderful villa (230m²) with a lovely views over the village of St Tropez and the sea, located at the end of a private no-through lane in the St. Anne area of the town. The centre is at about ten minutes walk and the beaches of Tahiti and Pampelonne are easy to reach.

The villa consists of: entrance hall, a living room and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the covered terrace and two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms on the ground floor. There is a laundry room in the basement.
On the first floor, is the master bed room with en suite bathroom and another two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. All the three bedrooms have balconies and beautiful sea view.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside is a large swimming pool with deck chairs and a family barbecue. The villa is accessed by remote electronic gates and is fully security alarmed.
