This great property is located near the Canoubiers beach and offers extensive grounds with seaview and accommodation for 20 guests in 3 separate buildings.
The main house opens onto a large hallway with on the left handside, guests WC and one the right, a small double room with ensuite shower room.
This leads to the living room with 3 large sofas, fireplace and beautiful views over the bay. glass walls open onto the indoor dining room and the kitchen on the right handside. The kitchen is equipped professionally with a large fridge/freezer, additional cupboard freezers, combination steam/conventional oven, a second conventional oven, gaz, electric and induction hot plates, juicer, Nespresso and Krups coffee machine.
The kitchen has access to a terrace and a small gate leading to the road for easy unloading.
There is also a goods lift to the ground floor and the utilities room with 1 large freezer, 3 fridges, an ice machine, a wine cellar, one washing machine and one tumble dryer. There is a second utility room in house n°2 with another washing machine and tumble dryer.
Next to the living room is a TV room with a sofa and lounge chair.
On the ground floor, there are two double bedroom with an extra large king size bed, walk-in cupboard, ensuite bathroom with shower enclosure, double vanity and WC. They have has sea view and direct access to the garden .
The master bedroom is located on the first floor with an extra large kingsize bed, small lounge area, office, large fitted cupboards, ensuite bathroom with bathtub, shower enclosure, double vanity and WC. The suite boasts of a private terrace and great seaview.
The outdoor area offers plenty of entertainment with a beautiful landscaped garden, flat lawn, heated infinity pool, shaded dining area and summer lounge area, gas BBQ, a large poolhouse with a full functioning bar (sink, fridge, ice making machine, sofa and lounge chairs) a shower and WC. Next to the poolhouse is the air conditioned gym with a flat screen TV.
The second villa houses 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms: 2 with kingsize beds, TV , 2 with queensize beds and TV. All bedrooms have a garden view and a small terrace in front of the house. A second utility room is available in this house with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The last building houses a flat for staff with 2 double rooms, a living room/kitchen and a small terrace in front.
The house is fully air conditioned, has house automation IPad controlled, sound system, a private tennis court located 300m from the house.
Rental includes 6h housekeeping 6 days/7, linen and end of stay cleaning.
