The villa is a beautiful modern provencal villa, set in a private domain at the entrance of St Tropez with easy access to the Pampelonne beaches, and only 5mn drive into town.

The hallway opens onto a comfortable lounge with a bar and access to large terrace housing a summer lounge and a small dining table, so guests can enjoy an evening drink or a morning coffee with a view of the Bay of Saint Tropez.
There are 4 bedrooms on this floor: a master bedroom with a full ensuite bathroom ( shower enclosure, bathtub, double vanity, WC), walk-in closet and seaview; 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom (with either shower enclosure or bathtub and double vanity).

There is an indoor patio with a water feature and the garden houses a large infinity pool surrounded by comfortable sun loungers, a poolhouse with a summer kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, BBQ) , shower and WC area, outdoor dining room, a large steam room as well as a jacuzzi.
