It leads to the kitchen with a dining area for breakfast as well as all the necessary appliances: induction hotplates, conventionnal and microwave ovens, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, Nespresso coffee machine and filter coffee, kettle, juicer.

The kitchen has large french windows with direct access to the sheltered terrace with alfresco dining and to the pool area.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor, on the right of the entrance with a twin room and a double  with 140cm sharing a bathroom (bathtub and vanity, separate WC ); one double with queensize bed and ensuite shower room and WC.
