The exclusive domaine is accessed via electric gates with on site parking. A private elevator takes guests directly up to the top floor apartment and opens onto the spacious entry hall flowing over into the natural light flooded lving and dining areas. Here, large glass sliding doors open onto the balcany and views out over the Bay of Cannes. 

In the right wing of the apartment there is a double bedroom and bathroom, as well as the well equipped kitchen with laundry facilities.

The Master bedroom and it's en suite bathroom with terrace and sea views is located in the left wing, as wella as a third bedroom with double bed and bathroom. A forth single bedroom is avaialble to guests. 

A shuttle service is included in the rental, 4 times a day, offering transportation between the apartment and Cannes center.
