A hallway leads through to the entertainment area with comfortable sofas, home cinema, games and well-equipped wellness area with fitness, sauna, jacuzzi and shower. Sliding window doors open onto the pool area with wide terraces, several comfortable seating areas and sun loungers around the ininity pool.

All upper levels can either be accessed via elevator or stairs with stylish and open double living areas and dining occupying the first floor. The kitchen with breakfast bar and separate professional kitchen is accessed from the dining area. All areas open onto the terraces with dining and breathtaking sea views. 

For outdoor dining, there's a covered terrace with large dining table overlooking the sea as well as comfy seating ideal for evening cocktails. The terrace overlooks the pool with its own pool terrace and additional shaded seating, pool can be heated.

The villa is located within a peaceful residential neighbourhood in the hills by Cannes, just minutes to the coast and a short drive into Cannes. Daily shuttle service into Cannes available upon request.
