This unique historic Chateau in Cannes has been fully renovated and upgraded to a very high standard in order to provide you with a home away from home when in Cannes!

Located in the parc Vallombrosa, Villa du Festival was built in the early 1850s and is the birthpace of Cannes. The 35,000m² parc is a protected area and was planted around the same time with rare trees, bushes and plants brought in from around the world. The villa is in a private garden within the park, with large dining terrace and terrace around the pool.

Set on three floors, the villa is composed on the ground floor of a spacious living room with high ceiling, large comfortable leather sofas around the imposing open fire, and a large TV den/office which can be used as an additional bedroom with a very comfortable sofa bed. Across the hall is an elegant dining room with high ceilings and stained glass windows opening onto the kitchen with all equipment to cater for parties. Two large double bedrooms are located on the first floor, the very spacious master bedroom offers a seating area with comfortable sofa bed and opens onto a balcony overlooking the park. Two double bedrooms sharing one bathroom are located on the second floor, and on the garden level one can find a triple bedroom with kitchenette and en suite shower room with access to the terrace and pool.

Walking distance from the Festival Palace and the centre of Cannes and just a couple of minutes from the beach, the villa is ideal for attending the various events which takes place here,the house can sleep 15 people and can accommodate parties/receptions in the courtyard for up to 200 people. This is a true gem of the South of France!
