Villa Oceane sits just above the beach of Eze-bord-de-Mer. A fabulous, newly built villa with 4 ensuite bedrooms all with magical views of the bay of Eze. From the garden there are both seaviews and at night, the twinkling lights up on the mountain from the village of Eze. An exquisite spot to enjoy the Cote d'Azur. It is a great family villa with super outdoor space for children to either swim in the pool or run around the garden. Great for teenagers as well being only 5 minutes walk to the beach, a 10 minute walk to the train station where they can hop on a train to the bustling city of Nice or a 20 minute walk to the superb shops, restaurants and cafes of Beaulieu-sur-Mer. Plus Monaco is only a 15 minute drive along the coast road.

 

For the owners of Villa Oceane, it was love at first sight as they watched a 4-masted yacht sailing into the bay in full sail.  They could imagine watching magical moments in the bay every day. 

They carefully built their super contemporary villa around the nature ensuring that the avocado tree and orchard of lemon and tangerines remain in the garden.  The flat garden, shaded by pine trees and the orchard in the midday summer sun, seemlessly flow out from the spacious living, kitchen and dining areas with glass walls on 2 sides.  An open-plan space, each area with a distinctive feel.  The comfortable living area with large TV overlooks the swimming pool and out to the mediterranean sea.  The living area has a fully-equipped bar with wine cooler, large ice maker drawer, bar sink and netspresso machine.  Behind the bar there is also a corner office space.  The fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with 2 Miele ovens, 2 Fridge/Freezers, touches of hot pink SMEG kitchen appliances add to the feeling of fun.  The dining area is glassed on two sides and has direct access to the garden and with the glass doors open, the evening perfume of the mediterranean flowers flow through the villa.

Upstairs on the first floor are 3 ensuite seaview bedrooms.  The spacious master bedroom has a double bed, fitted wardrobes and an ensuite shower room.  The master opens onto a large terrace with its own table and stairs down to the garden and up to the roof terrace.  There are 2 further ensuite bedrooms on this floor.

The fourth bedroom is a studio in the garden annex.  It has a double bedroom, kitchenette, TV, ensuite shower room and its own terrace.  

The tropical garden roof terrace, accessed from the garden staircase, has a high quality jacuzzi and seating  area.  The perfect spot to enjoy evening cocktails and watch the light slowly change colour and feel the sea breeze cooling down the heat of the day.  On this level there is also parking for 2 cars with 1 electric charging point.  

The villa front door is accessed from the parking level, down a few steps into the hallway which leads you down onto the bedroom level and then down a few more steps opening into the magical living and garden level.  

Outdoors there is the heated infinity swimming pool with a shallow beach/seat area and a spacious terrace for several sun loungers.  Near the swimming pool there is circular seating area.  In the orchard garden there is an outdoor dining table for al fresco meals, gas BBQ, pizza kitchen and ping pong table.

There is an option to have 2 further fully-equipped, high quality finished studios which can increase guests to 12 people.  There is independent access to the studios down a stairpathway from the parking area next to the villa grounds.  The studios are ideal for teenagers to have their own independence, or a couple with a baby who require their own kitchen facilities,or for staff.
